His Story
An analytical mind. A human approach.
Frank's path began at Tsinghua University in Beijing, where he earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering. Engineering taught him to break complex systems into understandable parts, to question assumptions and to trust evidence over sales talk — habits he has never dropped.
An MBA and the CFA charter followed. Today, Frank applies that same discipline to explaining insurance: clear questions, thoughtful comparisons and time to understand the details.
Today, with more than 20 years in the business, Frank is an independent advisor based in Montreal, working with families, newcomers and students across Canada in English and Chinese. Independent means he compares plans from all major Canadian insurers instead of promoting one company's catalogue. Plain language means you understand exactly what you are buying — before you buy it.
